Tim Simo
Coach Simo has coached defensive backs and wide receivers, as well as served as Special Teams Coordinator. Before Summit, he coached at New Providence High School, where he graduated in 1999. Coach Simo has four children, Sienna, Brady, Saylor, and Chase and enjoys teaching 5th grade in the Irvington Public School District.
Rick Carbone
Rick Carbone has served as the offensive and defensive line coach for the Hilltoppers since 2007. Rick is an alum of the Hilltopper football program and former President of Summit Youth Football. Rick has been involved with Hilltopper football for over 25 years and currently serves as a trustee on the board for the Summit Football Alumni Association
Matt DeFonzo
Coach DeFonzo joins the Hilltopper staff in 2022 after working with Summit Youth Football for the last nine seasons. He is also the public address announcer for Summit's varsity football, basketball, and lacrosse teams. Coach DeFonzo graduated from Summit High School in 2007 after spending four years as a member of the Hilltopper football team, and currently works as an inclusion aide at Lawton C. Johnson Summit Middle School.
